I first approached Computer Care as I was using bespoke remote software for my business that was going to be redundant. Simon and his team managed to identify an alternative solution that could incorporate all of the standard MS apps that I use as well as bespoke accounts packages. As a businesss owner the new solution allowed me to access my work anywhere in the world with any device that has an internet access. The solution is secure and safe, so I don't have to worry about accessing confidential information for my business. Anytime I have had any small issues Simon or his team have resolved them quickly via a remote call within 4 hours. I highly recommend Computer Care for any business. ~ Nicholas S

I've been using Computer Care for a number of years now for my consultancy business. They provide really great value so I know that the "basics" are covered - but they're also really proactive in offering options that benefit my business. If I have an IT dilemma or just need help, they are very quick to respond, just yesterday I had a session with one of their support team, Matt, he was very patient, really friendly and helped me sort my issue out very promptly.
